Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off. With an all-out effort, USA's Santiago Fuentes threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Monty Rogers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Berdaitz Othaz kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Edward Mcdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Fuentes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Cassius Byrne got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santiago Fuentes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Santiago Fuentes made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Fuentes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Santiago Fuentes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Fletcher in the 32nd minute of play. Santiago Fuentes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Epifanio Leceta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marco Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cassius Byrnes short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Santiago Fuentes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Epifanio Leceta got a free kick in the 44th minute. Santiago Fuentes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 47th minute of the match. In the 48th match minute, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berdaitz Othaz to maneuver through the defense. After 50 minutes ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. After the first half ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Epifanio Leceta made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Monty Rogers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santiago Fuentes was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Monty Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Epifanio Leceta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Dionisio Quinito was substituted for Matxin Curro. 81 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Quinito came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Quinito in the 87th minute of play. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Fuentes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berart Moroño kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match.
