Onur-Recep Kıvrak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A sloppy throw-in by Ferdi Eriş in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Antonio Indiano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 36th minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Onur-Recep Kıvrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Benedykt Lanczak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.
