Jan Faust showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Bears are Back's Oden Vandamme ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oden Vandamme in the 20th minute of the match. In the 24th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Faust saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Faust made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 60th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Bears are Back's Jan Faust. Jan Faust was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oden Vandamme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oden Vandamme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save.
