Warren FC - DMZ's Bernardo Moreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Warren FC - DMZ from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Warren FC - DMZ's Betão da Silveira got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Guillermo Mariano in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Warren FC - DMZ's Hélio Nascimento. In the 19th minute, Betão da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Giorgian Arrascaeta made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 46th minute of play.

Warren FC - DMZ made a substitution. José Romero replaced Bunda Cagara. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. But to his dismay, Giorgian Arrascaeta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 65 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. In the 66th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 67th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Warren FC - DMZ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Venezuela:s goal. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Venezuela. Tomas Illescas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bernardo Moreira. 1-2. Giorgian Arrascaeta scored 1-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Warren FC - DMZ's Bernardo Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 88th minute of play. Patricio Costa scored 2-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Moreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Giorgian Arrascaeta might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
