The audience was convinced that Borys Barowicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 17th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pankracy Bugno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ercan Valencia in the 24th minute of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Shurwayne Bradley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Shurwayne Bradley sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. After 32 minutes, Rigoberto Mina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Kanalie players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Kanalie booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercan Valencia, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kanalie were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 51st minute of play forced Kanalie's goalkeeper Pankracy Bugno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Ercan Valencia could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-2 into the left cross. Ercan Valencias short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Borys Barowicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-4. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 顾常鹰, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 72 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tytus Bochinski who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Tytus Bochinski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 76th minute, Ercan Valencia made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Barowicz in the 87th minute of the match. Ercan Valencia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 93rd match minute, Kanalie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakub Kiwior to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Kanalie left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Venezuela.
