Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bran Allison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, Cactos's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Bran Allison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cengizhan Baycan in the 6th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cengizhan Baycan made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Cactos's Nando Leal got a free kick in the 51st minute. Cactos's Peter Bagge managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diego Bradley in the 53 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cengizhan Baycan in the 54th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bran Allison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 64th minute of the match. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
