Sitthachat Jampeehom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 4th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa was a little too slow when Miguel Zuasnabar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Miguel Zuasnabar made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Gavião Kyikatejê's João Vítor Bittencourt got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 3-0 after 26 minutes of play. In the 29th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sitthachat Jampeehom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Deilmison Davids hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 36th minute of play forced Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Sitthachat Jampeehom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Mexico booed when Gavião Kyikatejê was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Zuasnabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 47th minute of the match. The corner led to Mexico's Luca Rouco getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Zuasnabar to strike the kick off in the second half. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Sitthachat Jampeehom made a huge save. João Vítor Bittencourt took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 66thth minute of the game Miguel Zuasnabar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 75th minute of play forced Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Sitthachat Jampeehom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 77th minute of the match. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Sitthachat Jampeehom made a huge save. Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joel Gaona 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 87 minutes into the game, when Miroslaw Dobilas put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gavião Kyikatejê fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! Sitthachat Jampeehom had in the 89thth minute some difficulties stopping Joel Gaona's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Many of Mexico's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Mexico may have spent more time on the ball, but Gavião Kyikatejê were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
