Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cassius Byrne took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Afonso da Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afonso da Cunha couldn't finish the play. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Ludomil Ziomkowski made a huge save. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xande Campbell in the 10th minute. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Xande Campbell was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Day in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Ludomil Ziomkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 12th minute of play. Afonso da Cunha took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Day. Marco Day dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 22 minutes into the game, USA's Edward Mcdonald nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ludomil Ziomkowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Afonso da Cunha's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 38th minute of the game Diego Bradley made a throw-in which Monty Rogers played forward. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Xande Campbell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Xande Campbell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Afonso da Cunha to strike the kick off in the second half. Ludomil Ziomkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 52nd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Afonso da Cunha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Marco Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Afonso da Cunha might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afonso da Cunha ran back to his position shaking his head. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 64th minute of play forced CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ludomil Ziomkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Afonso da Cunha in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Afonso da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso da Cunha in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Humberto Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ made a substitution. Breno Torres replaced Afonso da Cunha. After 74 played minutes CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Vidal. In the 79th match minute, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sahnoyan Ayyıldız to maneuver through the defense. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Sahnoyan Ayyıldız hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marco Day, 1-3. Ludomil Ziomkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khalid Parry in the 88th minute of the match. Breno Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 89 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Breno Torres. In the 93rd minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Ludomil Ziomkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Baker in the 95th minute of play. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over USA's much stronger midfield.
