Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 9th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Chusca's Richie Craig got a free kick in the 17th minute. Julian Murillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafin Eate having to make a save. In the 21stth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Blas Edorta hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafin Eate made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafin Eate. Serafin Eate dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Serafin Eate came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 38th minute, Lauro Moreira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Chusca's Baldomero Montae got a free kick in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 42nd minute of play forced Club Atletico Chusca's goalkeeper Serafin Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Anthony Alvarado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aristides Santo. In the 46th minute Club Atletico Chusca were awarded a corner. Aristides Santo went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Herman Arvidsson managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lauro Moreira was the one to do the kick off. Folke Överman hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Julian Murillo came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Serafin Eate could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Moreira in the 57th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafin Eate made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Moreira in the 61st minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Serafin Eate, 1-4. In the 78th minute, Eliseo Mina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Serafin Eate. The goal made the score 1-5. Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Chusca from getting a goal against them. Lauro Moreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Lauro Moreira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
