Luis Cazalla made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sarı kaya FK's Mellington Noguerol. The supporters of Sarı kaya FK booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Cazalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Sarı kaya FK's Hayrettin Yaşam ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 23rd minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Ege Yalaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hayrettin Yaşam might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hayrettin Yaşam ran back to his position shaking his head. 33 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Hayrettin Yaşam came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Carballar to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Kent Drake from long distance, 38 minutes into the match, got Pedro Manzanares's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Ahmet Haşim Çelikkan tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Hayrettin Yaşam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hayrettin Yaşam could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayrettin Yaşam in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Sarı kaya FK made a substitution. Serafim Mangueira replaced Benjamin Vennersten. The wind increased when Hayrettin Yaşam made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 55 minutes into the game, one of Colombia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ahmet Haşim Çelikkan placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Serafim Mangueira struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarı kaya FK. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayrettin Yaşam in the 62nd minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayrettin Yaşam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hayrettin Yaşam in the 67th minute of play. Hayrettin Yaşam got in the 77th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Pedro Manzanares handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Sarı kaya FK's Hasan Hüseyin Kayaalp was substituted for Tayfur Savni. Celil Nebahattin made in the 80th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ahmet Haşim Çelikkan immediately put the ball in play. 81 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Haşim Çelikkan came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute of the match, Ignacio Mastache tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ahmet Ege Yalaz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sarı kaya FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
