Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Espiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Edmundo Espiga put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Orlando Silva. Orlando Silva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Tafalla went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Ivo Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Orlando Silva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edmundo Espiga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orlando Silva having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlando Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Orlando Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 26th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Silva having to interfere. Desportivo Coala's attentive Gilvan Lopes managed to snatch the ball when Valentín Carvallo made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. In the 39th minute of the game Valentín Carvallo made a throw-in which Christian Sancho played forward. Mazinho Silveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Gilvan Lopes's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilvan Lopes helped the player get up and apologised. Gilvan Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Desportivo Coala's goalie prevented a goal. The Desportivo Coala players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 0-3.

In the 50th minute, Edmundo Espiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 54 minutes, Christian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orlando Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 56th minute. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Desportivo Coala's goalie prevented a goal. A sloppy throw-in by Christian Sancho in the 63rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Desportivo Coala's Chiquinho Guerra. Gilvan Lopes got his second yellow card in the match during the 63rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Gilvan Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orlando Silva saved Desportivo Coala from getting behind. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Silva. Orlando Silva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Víktor Hoffmann made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Chiquinho Guerra immediately put the ball in play. A throw-in in the 76th minute of the game was made by Christian Sancho with Edmundo Espiga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 77 minutes into the match, Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Orlando Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Mazinho Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Mazinho Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 84 minutes of play, Honduras's Milagros Cabal made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Silva was left in no man's land by his defense there! Honduras's Edmundo Espiga was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 88th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Desportivo Coala's goalie prevented a goal. Desportivo Coala's Orlando Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Honduras walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
