The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Stefan Komornicki in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Miguel Miralles hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, SlaYerS's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Stefan Komornicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Olgierd Raschke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SlaYerS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panama the free kick. Panama made a substitution. Oscar Laguna replaced Alex Cambeiro. In the 23rd minute, Aaron Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, SlaYerS's Tymoteusz Kalemba got a free kick in the 25th minute. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Stefan Komornicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Nurlan Salmanov came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Komornicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 38th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SlaYerS's Stefan Komornicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. Panama were furious when Felipe Ros was red carded, 59 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 58 minutes into the game, one of Panama:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Marcos Cotilla had in the 60thth minute some difficulties stopping Julian Saturnin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nurlan Salmanov in the 70th minute. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Panama booed when SlaYerS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Kalemba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Stefan Komornicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Komornicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 78th minute of play. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Komornicki having to interfere. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by SlaYerS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Alguacil was slow to take the kick. During this time Panama's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Tomas Berganza to score against Stefan Komornicki in SlaYerS's goal. 2-0 after 96 minutes. Nurlan Salmanov hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Panama had won after a very even match.
