Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raúl Moreno took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 minutes of play, C.A.Franzoi's Joaquin Tavio made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abel Carballo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Raúl Moreno came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Raúl Moreno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Raúl Moreno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Raúl Moreno scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 4-0. In the 30th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute Desiderio Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A.Franzoi were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Costa Rica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ovidio Ignatius took the corner. Wladyslaw Rojewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, C.A.Franzoi's Joaquin Tavio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 46th minute, C.A.Franzoi's Desiderio Aballe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. Hugo Ferrant charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Ferrant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ferrant. Marcos Aresti hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the game, Lautaro Puig cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Wladyslaw Rojewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Raúl Moreno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Raúl Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Axel Tasis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Wladyslaw Rojewski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Abel Carballo fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Abel Carballo a yellow card for diving instead. Ovidio Ignatius missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 82 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Benito Sanz right hand side. C.A.Franzoi's Raúl Moreno got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Efrain Moruga fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Efrain Moruga a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A.Franzoi booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desiderio Aballe struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Franzoi. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúl Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.A.Franzoi walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
