Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Inácio Furtado fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonathan Ferrant, passed just outside the right post. In the 10th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 13th minute Alex Arantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudinho do Vale in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 19 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kléber Paiva who took care of the corner kick. Kléber Paiva was slow to take the kick. During this time Bezerros EC's players had a chance to rest. Claudinho do Vale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 44 minutes into the game, Camilo Gaos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bezerros EC the free kick. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Claudinho do Vale took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it.

The wind increased when Claudinho do Vale made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 51st minute. Alex Arantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Arantes in the 59th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Arantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 60 minutes of play, Bezerros EC's Alex Arantes made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 65th minute Clóvis Camargo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Alex Arantes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bezerros EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Arantes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Peixoto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudinho do Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Fernando Peixoto was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Bezerros EC's Claudinho do Vale got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bezerros EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
