It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 4th minute, but Pedro Manzanares got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Colombia hanging dry this time. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mira Pene. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Mira Pene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 9th minute of play. Paso FC's Mira Pene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 14th minute of play. Mira Pene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oktay Eğriöz in the 43rd minute of the match. Ramon Burni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. After the first half Colombia were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Oktay Eğriöz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Abram Sarmientos short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Mira Pene to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Colombia booed when Paso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederik Hötzl didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Cresitobalo in the 61st minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denis Rivas's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. But to his dismay, Ramon Burni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Paso FC's Mira Pene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 88th minute of play. Oktay Eğriöz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Oktay Eğriöz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 95th minute of the game.
