Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Serapio Baños hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Dionisio Figueres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. In the 6th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Figueres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Carballo to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Máximo Maestro in the 11th minute really tested Benito Sanz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Efrain Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eder Mangas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Dionisio Figueres came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa. But to his dismay, Eliseo Noboa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Raúl Gasso kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Dionisio Figueres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Real Armal F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Dionisio Figueres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cordairo Garay's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cordairo Garay helped the player get up and apologised. Cordairo Garay kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dionisio Figueres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Eliseo Noboa might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dionisio Figueres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Noboa ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Puig blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dionisio Figueres having to make a save. Dionisio Figueres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Tasis's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Dionisio Figueres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 42nd minute of the match. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Raúl Gasso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raúl Gasso to strike the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Dionisio Figueres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 minutes, Serapio Baños mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Armal F.C. and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Serapio Baños kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 61st play minute Lautaro Puig came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dionisio Figueres. 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Raúl Gasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Raúl Gasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aaron Alcocer took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dionisio Figueres. Dionisio Figueres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Cordairo Garay struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Eder Mangas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Eder Mangas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Although Real Armal F.C. had been in control for most of the match, Costa Rica still came away with the win.
