Armando Basajaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 6th minute of the match. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Teofilo Maidana sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Teofilo Maidana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marco Day. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. In the 13th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Basajaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute USA were awarded a corner. Cassius Byrne went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Cassius Byrne almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s Armando Basajaun did a great save. Edward Mcdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Armando Basajaun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Mcdonald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edward Mcdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. Armando Basajaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 32nd minute of play. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Maidana in the 35th minute. The audience was convinced that Cassius Byrne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Basajaun was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 37thth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s Armando Basajaun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 39th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Diego Bradley heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofilo Maidana to make the kick off. With a little luck, Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s Armando Basajaun got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd minute, USA's Koby Fletcher seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Koby Fletcher the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of USA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Koby Fletcher had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for USA! The referee gave Cartero de Agronomia F.C. a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Teofilo Maidana, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of USA's Marco Day. 2-2. Armando Basajaun didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when USA's Edward Mcdonald shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Marco Baker might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Basajaun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Baker ran back to his position shaking his head. 97 minutes into the game, Khalid Parry cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Armando Basajaun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded USA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cartero de Agronomia F.C..
