Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmondo Vinci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 4 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmondo Vinci having to interfere. Edmondo Vinci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 11th minute of play forced Tiki Taka's goalkeeper Edmondo Vinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filippo Cinalli who took care of the corner kick. Filippo Cinalli made a great header on Tiki Taka's corner, it was just that Honduras's Lautaro Navarro managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Alberto Orsini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiki Taka's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Orsini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Filippo Cinalli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Orsini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ettore Ramoser took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmondo Odisio made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Edmondo Vinci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ettore Ramoser in the 47th minute of play. Tiki Taka's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Filippo Cinalli in the 48th minute. A very nice done corner allowed Ettore Ramoser to score against Lautaro Navarro in Honduras's goal. 2-0 after 48 minutes. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Tiki Taka's Edmondo Vinci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Tiki Taka from getting a goal against them. Edmondo Odisio's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmondo Odisio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Tiki Taka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmondo Odisio to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Tiki Taka's Beppe Scotti got a free kick in the 62nd minute. With a little luck, Tiki Taka's Edmondo Vinci got control of the ball when Sebastian Villa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Ettore Ramoser sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. 78 minutes into the match, Tiki Taka's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Edmondo Vinci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmondo Vinci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 85th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Edmondo Vinci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmondo Vinci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Villa in the 91st minute. In the 95th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. Honduras's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
