Alemannia Aachen's Frans Baltzer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felix Garrido, made in the 4th minute of the game. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by La Rat in the 9th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers La Rat in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. Jess Carnduff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Casaus, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Manfred Kottsieper kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Jess Carnduff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 19th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when La Rat got free with Thiago Pliego in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alemannia Aachen's Frans Baltzer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Felix Garrido in the 24 minute of the game. In the 25th match minute, Alemannia Aachen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 鲁剑建 to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 30th minute of play forced Alemannia Aachen's goalkeeper Jess Carnduff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateusz Rydel went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 37th minute of play forced Alemannia Aachen's goalkeeper Jess Carnduff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Rat made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 38thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Thiago Pliego would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. La Rat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thiago Pliego having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Thiago Pliego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 43 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jess Carnduff narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from La Rat, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jess Carnduff made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 68th minute of the match, Orlando Casaus got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jess Carnduff was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chile fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Alemannia Aachen's Mateusz Rydel got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, La Rat notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guillermo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when La Rat came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Rat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Alemannia Aachen's Jess Carnduff got control of the ball when Orlando Casaus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alemannia Aachen's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
