After 5 played minutes Circus BAF got a freekick which was hit by Liu Hao Zheng. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Martínez Gullotta in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Jorden Van der Hoeven ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Circus BAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdel Masoud Ghannouchi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Circus BAF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abdel Masoud Ghannouchi in the 20th minute. Jose Correa's late challenge caught a Circus BAF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Correa helped the player get up and apologised. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Circus BAF's Lautaro Martínez Gullotta. But to his dismay, Lautaro Martínez Gullotta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 30th minute, Lautaro Martínez Gullotta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdel Masoud Ghannouchi during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Circus BAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdel Masoud Ghannouchi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Martínez Gullotta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Martínez Gullotta slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute, Lautaro Martínez Gullotta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Martínez Gullotta in the 42nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Martínez Gullotta in the 45th minute of the match.

When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Lautaro Martínez Gullotta sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lautaro Martínez Gullotta in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 57th minute Lautaro Martínez Gullotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Lautaro Martínez Gullotta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Lautaro Martínez Gullotta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Grégoire Haynes hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Circus BAF made a substitution. Viktor Goffyn replaced Ronald Van Achteren. In the 68th match minute, Circus BAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grégoire Haynes to maneuver through the defense. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Kobe Mesmaeckers took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 77th minute, Kobe Mesmaeckers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kobe Mesmaeckers scored 9-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute Kobe Mesmaeckers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Circus BAF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
