Kania Gostyń's Boruc Furgal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kania Gostyń's Wiktor Falkiewicz got a free kick in the 31st minute. Boruc Furgal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kania Gostyń's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wiktor Falkiewicz made a kick off. With a little luck, Kania Gostyń's Boruc Furgal got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line.
