Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Bulldogs F.C's Medero Jordo got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisco Borges. Francisco Borges dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francisco Borges. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexandre Sampaio in the 21st minute. Benediktas Kantauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Bulldogs F.C's Francisco Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play. Alexandre Sampaio struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bulldogs F.C. 37 minutes into the match, Bulldogs F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Francisco Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Borges having to interfere. Túlio Maravilha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexandre Sampaio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kapaneus Solomos kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Francisco Borges made a huge save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Sampaio in the 57th minute of the match. Bulldogs F.C's Francisco Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 60th minute of play. Matej Dupal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Francisco Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bulldogs F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bulldogs F.C's goalie and right to Felix Montenegro. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bulldogs F.C's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Bulldogs F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benediktas Kantauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisco Borges. Francisco Borges dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Francisco Borges made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 97th minute.
