An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 3rd minute of play forced Sarı kaya FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Ege Yalaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hayrettin Yaşam could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Santino Seco hit a great ball. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Haşim Çelikkan got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute, Sarı kaya FK's Serafim Mangueira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After some careless play in the Sarı kaya FK defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Ege Yalaz. The Sarı kaya FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Ege Yalaz should have stopped the shot. Ali Erdem Türel made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. When Kent Drake fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarı kaya FK's protests and gave Kent Drake a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Colombia booed when Sarı kaya FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Drake didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The crowd rose to their feet as Axel Montenegro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ahmet Ege Yalaz. That made the score 1-2 in the 52 minute of play. In the 54th minute, Balesio Zabalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Ege Yalaz was a little too slow when Kevin Mastache got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 1-3. Sarı kaya FK's Benjamin Vennersten was substituted for Serafim Mangueira. Sarı kaya FK made a substitution. Allan Sandström replaced Ahmet Haşim Çelikkan. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Joshua Garrido got a free kick in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Hayrettin Yaşam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarı kaya FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hayrettin Yaşam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hayrettin Yaşam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ahmet Ege Yalaz firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Colombia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
