Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Josef Lind went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 56 minutes, Gösta Dalgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diniimanibelediyespor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gösta Dalgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens-Ove Persson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Gösta Billvall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Isaksson kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Melker Ödman came out and tried to block the shot, but Sebastian Villa slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 72nd minute. The audience was convinced that Jens-Ove Persson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. The Diniimanibelediyespor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Honduras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
