The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Borges got free with Benito Sanz in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The ѕєηαтσякσвяα fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Hao Qiang Shi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Angelo Borges struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ѕєηαтσякσвяα. Angelo Borges took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Stefan Zawadzki took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Stefan Zawadzki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 4-0. When Hao Qiang Shi came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the ѕєηαтσякσвяα fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hao Qiang Shi couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Angelo Borges dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. The supporters of ѕєηαтσякσвяα booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 40 in the game by Stefan Zawadzki from a close distance when the talented Benito Sanz managed to make a qualified save. Costa Rica's players were relieved. 42 minutes into the game, ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Stefan Zawadzki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelo Borges was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stefan Zawadzki to make the kick off. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Borges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Angelo Borges notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 60 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Borges came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. A very nice done corner allowed Hao Qiang Shi to score against Benito Sanz in Costa Rica's goal. 10-0 after 64 minutes. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Stefan Zawadzki sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. 70 minutes into the match, ѕєηαтσякσвяα's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Alcocer came free, but Atak Üke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Aaron Alcocer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ѕєηαтσякσвяα the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the game, Angelo Borges cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Zawadzki in the 77th minute of the match. After 78 minutes of play, ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Angelo Borges made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Gafur Dolunay was substituted for Bozkurt Kabil. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Zawadzki went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score.
