The supporters of Mexico booed when OxentePaisa Salcity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. OxentePaisa Salcity's Vello Landi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joshua Cumming in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 30 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vello Landi was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joshua Cumming in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Vello Landi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 35th minute of the match. Felix Luque charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Luque the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of OxentePaisa Salcity booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reşat Orgunalp was the one to do the kick off. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joshua Cumming in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Lautaro Mancebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vello Landi. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 58th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vello Landi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Vello Landi in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Vello Landi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frederico Cunha hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes OxentePaisa Salcity got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Cunha. Vello Landi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 87th minute. OxentePaisa Salcity's Vello Landi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save OxentePaisa Salcity from getting a goal against them. After 90 played minutes OxentePaisa Salcity got a freekick which was hit by Şenol Yildıran. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vello Landi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Leoz to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
