In the 13th minute, Gösta Billvall ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Gösta Billvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Marco Tamayo. In the 19th minute, Gösta Billvall made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 22 minutes into the game, Gösta Dalgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jens-Ove Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kurt Kullander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Zorita having to make a save. If Kurt Kullander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 34thth minute of the game Gösta Billvall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Gösta Billvall sped through El Salvador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. 44 minutes into the match, Gösta Dalgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gösta Dalgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Gösta Billvall scored 0-9 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-9 lead.

Gösta Dalgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konrad Bern succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 59th playminute. The crowd rose to their feet as Diniimanibelediyespor's Gösta Dalgren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 0-11 after 63 minutes of play. Gösta Dalgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Zorita read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Gösta Dalgren scored 0-12 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gösta Billvall went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. After 78 played minutes Diniimanibelediyespor got a freekick which was hit by Emil Isaksson. Gösta Billvall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. 91 minutes into the match, Gösta Billvall dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ricardo Zorita, 0-16. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Gösta Billvall tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute Diniimanibelediyespor were awarded a corner. Josef Lind went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Diniimanibelediyespor's Gösta Billvall to fire away a dangerous shot which Ricardo Zorita despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match was over Diniimanibelediyespor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El Salvador throughout the match.
