ALTIKASIM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. ALTIKASIM's Ferdi Akergin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save ALTIKASIM from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by ALTIKASIM's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Cristian Sancho made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that ALTIKASIM's Ferdi Akergin managed to reach the ball for a save. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
