Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dorival Alvarenga started the match with the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Dorival Alvarenga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo de Lara came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorival Alvarenga in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Dorival Alvarenga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 13 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. Jonathan Ferrant acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Janusz Derlanga. A hard shot 16 in the game by Dorival Alvarenga from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonardo de Lara showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 17 minute of play. In the 24th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Janusz Derlanga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Janusz Derlanga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. José Luis Heidemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorival Alvarenga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Magne Hääger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Janusz Derlanga struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. When Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Dorival Alvarenga in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's José Luis Heidemann got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Luis Heidemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but José Luis Heidemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorival Alvarenga in the 67th minute of the match. Leonardo de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorival Alvarenga in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorival Alvarenga's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
