Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Elmārs Bevalds got the match started through his kick off. Mosaed Bo Qamaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 4th minute of play. Hunters FC's Mosaed Bo Qamaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Hunters FC from getting a goal against them. After 8 minutes of play, Hunters FC's Zeledon Vistruario made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 10 minutes, Benedito Moura made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jorge Sainz hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Zeledon Vistruario took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 19 played minutes Hunters FC got a freekick which was hit by Didi Quirino. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Vistruario in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Vistruario came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Hunters FC's goalkeeper Mosaed Bo Qamaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 28th minute. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeledon Vistruario's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, João Francisco Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Cazalla, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 40th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mosaed Bo Qamaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elmārs Bevalds, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Vicente Reis hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Uruguay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hunters FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Mosaed Bo Qamaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 minutes, Zeledon Vistruario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hunters FC and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hunters FC's Zeledon Vistruario got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Vistruario came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mosaed Bo Qamaz having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Maximiliano Escribano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hunters FC's Mosaed Bo Qamaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 73rd minute of play. Elmārs Bevalds who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mosaed Bo Qamaz saved Hunters FC from getting behind. In the 82ndth minute of the game Camilo Franco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hunters FC's Mosaed Bo Qamaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benedito Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Uruguay manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Hunters FC to win.
