Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) USA's Cassius Byrne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Camilo Salvidor made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. 4 minutes into the match, USA's Edward Mcdonald sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Salvidor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 5th minute of the match. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriele Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 8th minute, Gabriele Batistuta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Menchu FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uriel Gorri couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdoulay Doucouré in the 26th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Menchu FC's Abdoulay Doucouré nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 32nd minute of the match. When Menchu FC's Abdoulay Doucouré in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 41st minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdoulay Doucouré made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaston Firmo. In the 53rd minute Abdoulay Doucouré shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucas Martínez Quarta was slow to take the kick. During this time Menchu FC's players had a chance to rest. Lucas Martínez Quarta kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute of the match Menchu FC got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucas Martínez Quarta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Uriel Gorri made a great header on Menchu FC's corner, it was just that USA's Marco Day managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 66th minute, Abdoulay Doucouré made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. A collision led to Menchu FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Roberto Carlo hit a great ball. Menchu FC's Junior Savaş was substituted for Gaston Firmo. Camilo Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
