Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Shi Li made the kick off and thus started the match. 7 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shi Li. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 10th minute of play forced Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Octavian Soare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavian Soare was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 17th minute of play forced Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Octavian Soare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Octavian Soare, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 24 minutes Galati Harbour Cats's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shi Li, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Galati Harbour Cats's Octavian Soare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shi Li. In the 34th minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Joaquin Prats hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the game, Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Galati Harbour Cats's Octavian Soare got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavian Soare prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ianis Man took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Octavian Soare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. After 66 minutes Galati Harbour Cats's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Alonso Berganza made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that Galati Harbour Cats's Octavian Soare managed to reach the ball for a save. Peru were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Galati Harbour Cats's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Shi Li struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Rolando Noboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galati Harbour Cats. In the 70th minute, Shi Li made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shi Li in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. After having played for 75 minutes, Shi Li managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galati Harbour Cats's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shi Li was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ianis Man in the 76th minute of the match. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavian Soare having to interfere. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Ianis Man sped through Peru's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The throw-in from Sven-Åke Ré in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 87th minute, Efraim Gilabert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Gallo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Octavian Soare made a huge save. In the 92nd minute, Peru's Eliseo Mina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Octavian Soare. Octavian Soare yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-3. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Galati Harbour Cats fans cheered their team off the field, for while Peru had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
