Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julian Murillo got the match started through his kick off. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavian Soare read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 9thth minute of the game Shi Li who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Octavian Soare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Galati Harbour Cats's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Octavian Soare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavian Soare didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Galati Harbour Cats's Octavian Soare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 15th minute of play. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Sven-Åke Ré in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 29th minute of play forced Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Octavian Soare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Mina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Octavian Soare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octavian Soare didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 43rd match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Alvarado to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Covataru kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Soare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute, Shi Li ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ianis Man in the 59th minute of play. Octavian Soare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Prats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Octavian Soare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ianis Man in the 65th minute of play. Peru's Eliseo Mina got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Galati Harbour Cats made a substitution. Ovidiu Pandrea replaced Valeriu Zdrobiş. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Li in the 74th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Soare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Octavian Soare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 83rd minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Octavian Soare narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Galati Harbour Cats's Octavian Soare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Galati Harbour Cats from getting a goal against them. After having played for 88 minutes, Moises Gayoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Gayoso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Octavian Soare stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Gallo's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Soare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavian Soare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Despite being the better team, Peru failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
