In the 42nd minute, Atıf Yetkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 45th minute of play forced KartallarYüksekucar's goalkeeper Dilmen Arslanşah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aygün Ergüç made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind KartallarYüksekucar's goalkeeper Dilmen Arslanşah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aygün Ergüç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After 65 minutes KartallarYüksekucar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dilmen Arslanşah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dilmen Arslanşah was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 73rd play minute Cristian Sancho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dilmen Arslanşah. 0-5. KartallarYüksekucar's Dilmen Arslanşah proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save KartallarYüksekucar from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute, Mustafa Necati Durusoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Dilmen Arslanşah in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, KartallarYüksekucar's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Dilmen Arslanşah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes in the game, Daniel Zorita fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dilmen Arslanşah having to interfere. The KartallarYüksekucar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
