Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. The MICE F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dimitris Skondras showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 6 minute of play. A collision led to MICE F.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Lv Hai Chong hit a great ball. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind MICE F.C.'s goalkeeper Christos Perivolakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Carballo to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Panos Kavaliaratos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes in the game, Lv Hai Chong fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Lv Hai Chong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lv Hai Chong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. John Asklund hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. MICE F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Zinédine Papoutsiadis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dimitris Skondras. Zinédine Papoutsiadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Costa Rica's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Lv Hai Chong 46 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 7-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lv Hai Chong scored 11-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Skondras in the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Zinédine Papoutsiadis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zinédine Papoutsiadis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. After having played for 74 minutes, Menios Tsirkos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MICE F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Menios Tsirkos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abel Carballo charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Carballo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Skondras in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, MICE F.C.'s Lv Hai Chong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. MICE F.C. made a substitution. Iraklis Mortensøn replaced Isaltino Borges. Aaron Alcocer charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Alcocer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zinédine Papoutsiadis in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute Dimitris Skondras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
