Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Árpád Konkoly could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. In the 6th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but András Horváth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but András Horváth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 13th minute. The corner led Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo to fire away a dangerous shot which András Horváth despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. András Horváth came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 17th minute of play forced Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Cesaro kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Zalán Kovács sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute Csongor Csorba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Csongor Csorba in the 34th minute of the match. Jonas Cesaro kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, Szajk LC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zalán Kovács to maneuver through the defense. In the 39thth minute of the game Alberto Tafalla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szajk LC's András Horváth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Alberto Tafalla put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of András Horváth. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Csongor Csorba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joel Gaona was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 51st minute. Mexico's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 54 played minutes Szajk LC got a freekick which was hit by Roland Szily. After a rather tough play, Szajk LC's Zsolt Nagy got a free kick in the 55th minute. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. András Horváth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. After having played for 62 minutes, Facundo Cadaval managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Facundo Cadaval was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. András Horváth made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of András Horváth. Szajk LC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without András Horváth having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Mexico's Lorenzo Cazalla seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lorenzo Cazalla the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mexico protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lorenzo Cazalla had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Mexico:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Szajk LC:s goal. Dante Lacasa had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Zsolt Nagy's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 83rd minute, Roland Szily hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without András Horváth having to interfere. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levente Makkai in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zalán Kovács in the 91st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Szajk LC.
