In the 23rdth minute of the game Algot Ennegren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chicão França in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Algot Ennegren. 郑皓默 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of play. Chicão França kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 郑皓默 having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 61st minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Ekblom in the 62nd minute of play. Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's 郑皓默 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Vi Är Gnaget...AIK from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but 郑皓默 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algot Ennegren in the 66th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Algot Ennegren in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Algot Ennegren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Ernst Maeijnarts hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 郑皓默 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 郑皓默 made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute Isaac Stenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's 郑皓默 got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vanko Leviev hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's goalkeeper 郑皓默 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. In the 91st minute, Charly Rabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd match minute, Vi Är Gnaget...AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Maeijnarts to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Vi Är Gnaget...AIK had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
