With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristóf Balázs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristóf Balázs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Julian Murillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristóf Balázs. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Murillo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 27th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristóf Balázs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristóf Balázs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Eliseo Mina was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Black is Back's Kristóf Balázs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Gugu Goiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Otto Kaxe sent off a good shot on target. Kristóf Balázs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Moberg in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Black is Back getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Edvin Melhus hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristóf Balázs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Peru's Julian Murillo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Black is Back's Kristóf Balázs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Kristóf Balázs in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Black is Back's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Julian Murillo scored to the left of an out of position Kristóf Balázs, making the score, 0-3. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. The supporters of Peru booed when Black is Back was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvin Melhus didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Otto Kaxe notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 89 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristóf Balázs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 92nd match minute, Black is Back was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvin Melhus to maneuver through the defense. Eliseo Alcocer hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
