Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The corner ended in Mariano Lacasa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Esquirla FC's Orvar Larsson did a great save. Orvar Larsson came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 12 minutes into the game, Felix Garrido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chile's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esquirla FC the free kick. After 12 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Felix Garrido. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Esquirla FC's goalie prevented a goal. Arlo Arruta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orvar Larsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Mariano Lacasa struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Orvar Larsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. 38 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arlo Arruta. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arlo Arruta in the 40th minute of play. After 43 played minutes Esquirla FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Swartenbroekx. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arlo Arruta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. 50 minutes into the match, Esquirla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Orvar Larsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute Arlo Arruta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Esquirla FC's Orvar Larsson got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Orvar Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Tamayo in the 59th minute of the match. Esquirla FC made a substitution. Lukas Caers replaced Dedé van Beek. Gerardo Pozo hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arlo Arruta in the 70th minute of play. Esquirla FC's Orvar Larsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Esquirla FC from getting a goal against them. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lukas Caers charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lukas Caers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd minute, Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Orvar Larsson. Mariano Lacasa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Orvar Larsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mariano Lacasa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 89 minute of play. Orvar Larsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 93rd minute.
