The corner ended in Connor Hughes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Saco FC's Phillip Glerum did a great save. Phillip Glerum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Alzamendi came free, but Călin Ghioncu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saco FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Carpathians had won, even though Saco FC had held more of the ball.
