A collision led to ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Peter Springer hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jörg Wagner came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, Devran Aktürk notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dénes Gera's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dénes Gera helped the player get up and apologised. Mexico's Xavier Seco was substituted for Facundo Cadaval. Dénes Gera kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mexico players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG.
