After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Valentin Voicu managed to get in a good position for a shot. VILLARREAL UNITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Voicu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute, Valentin Voicu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VILLARREAL UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 22 minutes into the game, Jose Sanz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute, Valentin Voicu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Voicu came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VILLARREAL UNITED's Hustaz Quijana quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Juan Diego Tenorio, made in the 39th minute of the game. In the 40thth minute of the game Valentin Voicu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 43rd minute of the game Juan Diego Tenorio made a throw-in which Hector Covarrubias played forward. Valentin Voicu scored 0-8 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Nores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute, Valentin Voicu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-9.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaime Pardo was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Valentin Voicu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores, 0-10. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-15. In the 85th minute, Valentin Voicu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jacobo Nores. The goal made the score 0-16. In the 88th minute, Valentin Voicu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VILLARREAL UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-17. VILLARREAL UNITED's Yusuf Kaya was substituted for Valentin Voicu.
