Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Adan Paio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Adan Paio scored 2-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luciano Diegotxe hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 13th minute of play forced Megistus's goalkeeper Ariel Qwinton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes Megistus's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. In the 17th minute, Constantino Johans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Megistus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Constantino Johans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. John Dahlberg hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Guzman in the 27th minute of play. A collision led to Megistus getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Adan Paio hit a great ball. Megistus's Ariel Qwinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 32nd minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Johans, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Martin Pirro made in the 38th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Atilano Escobar immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of Megistus booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Constantino Johans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Megistus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantino Johans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Constantino Johans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Constantino Johans stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Leo Ondino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Leo Ondino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Qwinton was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. When Constantino Johans came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Megistus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Constantino Johans couldn't finish the play. Adan Paio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Honduras's Christian Sancho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Martin Pirro, made in the 69th minute of the game. After 69 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Christian Sancho. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Rivero during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Megistus getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Luís Rivero hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Edmundo Espiga sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Megistus's Ariel Qwinton didn't even have to move. In the 83rd minute, Esteban Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes in the game Martin Pirro did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Adan Paio. When Edmundo Espiga fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Edmundo Espiga a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Edmundo Espiga hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Megistus.
