The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Aquiles Paro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquiles Paro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Facundo Cadaval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Felix Luque hit a great ball. ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's Boruc Mlekodaj shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dante Lacasa but with some difficulty. Aquiles Paro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kostadin Plachkov came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kostadin Plachkov couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafal Ciszewski in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 21st minute of play forced ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's goalkeeper Aquiles Paro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquiles Paro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's Aquiles Paro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Kostadin Plachkov came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kostadin Plachkov in the 31st minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafal Ciszewski in the 34th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostadin Plachkov in the 47th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kostadin Plachkov in the 58th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Aquiles Paro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Rafal Ciszewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. In the 78th minute, Luca Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's Rafal Ciszewski in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lorenzo Cazalla got a free kick in the 80th minute. Boruc Mlekodaj took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dante Lacasa. Mexico's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aquiles Paro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Skwira came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafal Ciszewski in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's Rafal Ciszewski. But to his dismay, Rafal Ciszewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW had won after a very even match.
