Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Isidor Balboa in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Tarin in the 8th minute of play. After 9 minutes, Perico Castro made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perico Castro in the 16th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 played minutes Cuatrodeocho got a freekick which was hit by Belo Sauca. 21 minutes in the game Isaio Mata did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Perico Castro. In the 24th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Perico Castro came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 27th play minutes Perico Castro shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, Cuatrodeocho's Isidor Balboa got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Belo Sauca kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Perico Castro's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Cuatrodeocho's Isidor Balboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 40th minute of play. It was beautiful to see Cuatrodeocho's Austin Urbina in action when he in the 43rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Isidor Balboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Perico Castro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Cuatrodeocho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perico Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 57th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidor Balboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Isidor Balboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Isaio Mata threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cuatrodeocho's goalkeeper Isidor Balboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Michael Tobias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Isidor Balboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Isidor Balboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Isaio Mata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuatrodeocho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 80th match minute, Cuatrodeocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaio Mata to maneuver through the defense. When Belo Sauca fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cuatrodeocho's protests and gave Belo Sauca a yellow card for diving instead. Belo Sauca hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 88 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Isidor Balboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Isidor Balboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Venezuela supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cuatrodeocho's performance. The match ended with a win for Cuatrodeocho.
