The audience was convinced that Mamat Darwis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mamat Darwis. After 14 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. A collision led to Palau Końskowola getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Feliks Robak hit a great ball. Radomir Pracki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 21st minute Luca Espinar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Pracki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ksawery Chlapowski's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ksawery Chlapowski helped the player get up and apologised. Ksawery Chlapowski hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Dominik Bugajski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Palau Końskowola defense, Sebastian Villa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radomir Pracki. The Palau Końskowola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radomir Pracki should have stopped the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Palau Końskowola's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Radomir Pracki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ksawery Chlapowski in the 53rd minute of play. Mamat Darwis struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palau Końskowola. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mamat Darwis in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. 59 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Mamat Darwis came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gleis Bremer kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Feliks Robak hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Palau Końskowola's zone, Moises Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radomir Pracki came out of the goal and Moises Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mamat Darwis in the 66th minute of play. Palau Końskowola's Jurand Hyska was substituted for Edmund Turek. If Jurand Hyska had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mamat Darwis in the 70th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ivan Navarro fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Ivan Navarro a yellow card for diving instead. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Sebastian Villa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Radomir Pracki made a huge save.
