Rachman Sumampouw hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. Eros Kawuri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Syukron Kuncoro hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 15 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. Thanks to some nice moves Idrus Tabusala could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. In the 27th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eros Kawuri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Wirahadikusumah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Wirahadikusumah came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute Idrus Tabusala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Thomas Wirahadikusumah made the kick off in the second half. Palestine Free Land made a substitution. Setyo Sarwono replaced Syukron Kuncoro. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. Thomas Wirahadikusumah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Idrus Tabusala in the 64th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Idrus Tabusala in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 73 minutes, Idrus Tabusala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palestine Free Land's supporters crossed their fingers, but Idrus Tabusala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Wirahadikusumah, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Thomas Wirahadikusumah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Palestine Free Land's Eros Kawuri got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Palestine Free Land's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eros Kawuri quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eros Kawuri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Gerard Paine notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Palestine Free Land were the better team. Palestine Free Land's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
