The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beniamin Sakowicz was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 21st minute of the match Mexico got a corner. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lautaro Mancebo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Beniamin Sakowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 27th minute of play. Beniamin Sakowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 44 played minutes GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Bienienda. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beniamin Sakowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miromir Majerowicz was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alberto Tafalla fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Beniamin Sakowicz came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Beniamin Sakowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 57th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Luca Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beniamin Sakowicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 64 minutes into the match, Luca Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Beniamin Sakowicz, 0-3. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Beniamin Sakowicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW from getting a goal against them. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Harry Siöman was substituted for Patryk Siekierski. After 77 minutes GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Beniamin Sakowicz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 89 minutes into the match, GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Beniamin Sakowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla scored 0-4 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beniamin Sakowicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
