The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Viper eSports's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silviu Lung came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Silviu Lung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niculae Podgoreanu in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. After 23 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dan Chirilă who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Dan Chirilă got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. After 27 played minutes -BZF- Viper eSports got a freekick which was hit by Costin Neacșu. Niculae Podgoreanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 28th minute, -BZF- Viper eSports's Niculae Podgoreanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niculae Podgoreanu got free with Julio Vera in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silviu Lung. -BZF- Viper eSports's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. When -BZF- Viper eSports's Niculae Podgoreanu in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 65 minutes, Niculae Podgoreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Viper eSports's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niculae Podgoreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Podgoreanu in the 69th minute of the match. Dan Chirilă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 76 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Silviu Lung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Niculae Podgoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Silviu Lung made a huge save. Costin Neacșu kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. A collision led to -BZF- Viper eSports getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Niculae Podgoreanu hit a great ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niculae Podgoreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Silviu Lung made a huge save. Daniel Zorita didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-2 via right post in the game's 92nd minute. Ecuador's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. -BZF- Viper eSports were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
