An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play forced io.dasola's goalkeeper Szczepan Ciechocki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Szczepan Ciechocki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 乔斐默 during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anibal Belmiro kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Szczepan Ciechocki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 52nd minute of the match. Szczepan Ciechocki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Herminio Vitin notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Vitin in the 70th minute of play. In the 77th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Szczepan Ciechocki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but io.dasola were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
